1. Private Membership Association Notice

Honeycomb Maternity Care operates as a private membership association (“PMA”) dedicated to education, support, advocacy, and collaborative wellness-centered care within the private domain.

Certain educational materials may be publicly accessible; however, many services, resources, programs, and member interactions are offered exclusively within the private membership association between consenting members.

By voluntarily applying for or participating in membership services, members acknowledge that they are choosing to engage within a private association and member-to-member environment centered around informed decision-making, family wellness, childbirth education, advocacy, and collaborative support.

Membership is voluntary and may be accepted, denied, suspended, or revoked at the discretion of the Association.


2. Purpose of the Association

Honeycomb Maternity Care exists to provide education, support, advocacy, and community for individuals and families seeking thoughtful, informed, and sovereignty-centered approaches to pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum healing, wellness, and family life.

The Association seeks to foster:

personal transformation,

informed decision-making,

respectful collaboration,

educational empowerment,

traditional wisdom,

evidence-informed discussion,

spiritual support

and supportive community relationships among members.


3. Educational & Informational Purposes Only

All content provided through this website, courses, consultations, communications, downloadable resources, social media, events, and member interactions is intended solely for:

educational purposes,

informational purposes,

advocacy,

peer support,

wellness education,

childbirth education,

and personal growth.

Nothing provided by Honeycomb Maternity Care constitutes:

medical diagnosis,

medical treatment,

physician services,

emergency obstetrical services,

psychiatric care,

or legal advice.

Members and visitors are encouraged to seek appropriately licensed emergency or medical care whenever necessary.


4. No Physician-Patient or Midwife-Patient Relationship

Participation in this website, community, educational programs, or membership association does not establish:

a physician-patient relationship,

nurse practitioner-patient relationship,

licensed midwife-patient relationship,

or any other formal public healthcare provider relationship.

Honeycomb Maternity Care does not provide emergency medical care or hospital services.

No information provided through this website or association should be interpreted as replacing emergency medical evaluation or treatment when indicated.


5. Scope of Services

Honeycomb Maternity Care may offer:

maternity advocacy,

wellness education,

6. Member Responsibility & Informed Choice

By participating in this Association, members acknowledge and accept full responsibility for:

their healthcare decisions,

birth choices,

wellness practices,

use or non-use of medical services,

and implementation of educational information discussed within the Association.

All decisions made by members are voluntary and based upon their own discernment, research, values, and consultation with professionals of their choosing.

No guarantees are made regarding outcomes related to health, pregnancy, childbirth, emotional wellbeing, or wellness practices.


7. Community & Member Interaction Disclaimer

Honeycomb Maternity Care may host educational communities, discussion groups, events, member forums, or collaborative spaces where members may share personal experiences, perspectives, recommendations, or opinions.

The Association does not independently verify all statements made by individual members and is not responsible for:

member-generated content,

independent opinions,

recommendations shared between members,

or actions taken based upon peer discussions.

Participation in community spaces is voluntary and undertaken at each member’s own discretion.


8. Privacy & Confidentiality

Honeycomb Maternity Care values the privacy and dignity of its members.

Any personal information collected through this website or through participation in the Association is handled in accordance with the Association’s Privacy Policy.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain confidentiality within private member spaces, members acknowledge that electronic communications and online platforms may carry inherent privacy risks. We will never sell your personal information. 


9. No Warranty

All services, educational materials, resources, events, courses, consultations, and community offerings are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Honeycomb Maternity Care makes no guarantees regarding:

specific birth outcomes,

medical outcomes,

emotional outcomes,

educational outcomes,

or personal results.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honeycomb Maternity Care, its coordinators, educators, volunteers, contractors, and members shall not be held liable for:

decisions made by participants,

healthcare choices,

use or misuse of educational information,

member interactions,

or outcomes arising from participation in the Association.

Participation in all educational offerings and community activities is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own discretion and risk.


11. Intellectual Property

All course materials, educational content, graphics, branding, downloads, videos, written materials, and proprietary resources created by Honeycomb Maternity Care remain the intellectual property of the Association unless otherwise stated.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.


12. Membership Termination

Membership within the Association may be withdrawn voluntarily by the member at any time.

The Association also reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership when deemed necessary to protect the integrity, safety, mission, or functioning of the community.


13. Agreement

By using this website, participating in Honeycomb Maternity Care offerings, or applying for membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
